The price quoted for each item does not include postage. Postage will be added at cost.

The bears are offered as being unsold, but as each bear is one of a kind and cannot be replaced, contracts/sales can only be entered into after contact is made, and agreement reached, between Oldbearscene and a client. The dates quoted are approximated and as such cannot be guaranteed. The items sold are not new and as such are available on an ‘as is' basis without liability.

The items for sale are collectables and, as such, are unsuitable for use by children.
